      Ingredients: 
  •  Two sizable uncooked mangos
  •  One cup of sugar, adjusted to taste
  •  One teaspoon powdered roasted cumin
  •  One-half tsp black salt
  •  Ice cubes (optional) - Mint leaves for decoration
  •  1/2 teaspoon salt
  •  Water
    Instructions:
  • Mangoes can be boiled in a pot until they are tender or pressure cooked until they are soft. Allow them to settle.
  • Peel the mangoes and take out the pulp as soon as they are cool enough to handle.
  • Mango pulp, sugar, roasted cumin powder, ordinary and black salt, and one cup water should all be added to a blender.
  • Process till smooth. Based on your personal desire, taste and adjust the salt and sugar.
  • Add extra water if the consistency is too thick, then blend again to achieve the right consistency.
  • After transferring the mixture to a pitcher, chill it in the refrigerator.
  • Garnish the tart raw mango cocktail with fresh mint leaves and serve it with ice cubes.
  • Before serving, give it a good stir.
