Ingredients:
- Two sizable uncooked mangos

- One-half tsp black salt

- Water
- Instructions:
- Mangoes can be boiled in a pot until they are tender or pressure cooked until they are soft. Allow them to settle.
- Peel the mangoes and take out the pulp as soon as they are cool enough to handle.
- Mango pulp, sugar, roasted cumin powder, ordinary and black salt, and one cup water should all be added to a blender.
- Process till smooth. Based on your personal desire, taste and adjust the salt and sugar.
- Add extra water if the consistency is too thick, then blend again to achieve the right consistency.
- After transferring the mixture to a pitcher, chill it in the refrigerator.
- Garnish the tart raw mango cocktail with fresh mint leaves and serve it with ice cubes.
- Before serving, give it a good stir.
